ChildHope TV Appeal

At Nairobi’s biggest dumpsite, children work everyday to make a meagre living. This TV ad tells the story of 12 year old Linet, who had to drop out of school and collect rubbish.

Linet said “We are living a terrible life, we have no past and we have no future. But if we don’t keep coming here, what would we eat?”

ChildHope works to ensure that children like Linet have the chance to thrive. They helped her leave the dumpsite, she returned to school, and is now doing well.
